Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
2. Delivery Timelines
Metro cities typically receive orders within 3–5 business days. Other locations across India may take 5–7 business days depending on serviceability.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99, calculated at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor delivery status in real time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, damaged in transit, or missing, please contact us at care@lensaura.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
6. Store Pickup
Orders can also be collected in person from our Bengaluru store at #28 Kalkere Main Road, Sir M V Nagar Ramamurthy Nagar Bengaluru 560016 during business hours.
