Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Window
You may return unused, unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
Items must be undamaged, with all original tags, cases and accessories intact. Prescription lenses and made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email care@lensaura.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions within 24 hours.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item passes quality inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange eligible items once, subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue for a free replacement or full refund.
